PHILADELPHIA PREMIERE
Ben (Luzer Twersky), an ultra-Orthodox Jew from Brooklyn, is tasked with traveling to the dwindling Jewish community of Alexandria, Egypt to participate as the tenth man for its Passover ceremonies. After missing his flight, he soon hitches a ride with Adel (Hitham Omari), a short-tempered Bedouin man looking for his lost camel. When their SUV breaks down, the two must work together to survive on foot across the sprawling Sinai desert. Cultures clash and an unexpected camaraderie transpires as Ben and Adel learn more about each other’s cultural and religious differences, forming the start of an extraordinary friendship.

Poignantly done with a playfully absurdist tone, NO NAME RESTAURANT benefits from charismatic leads and a timeless message of how the differences we see in people can save us all along. Part buddy film, part road trip comedy, this odyssey takes whimsical twists and turns all the way.
