21 year old Jerome Holder is the co-lead in Dough, starring opposite acting legend Jonathan Pryce. The role of Ayyash, a reluctant young Muslim apprentice to an old Jewish baker, is Jerome’s first major role in a feature film.

Jerome has many television credits, including leading roles in CBBC’s The Sparticle Mystery and The Story of Tracy Beaker. He has also appeared in DoctorsHolby City, and Casualty for the BBC, as well as in ITV’s The Bill. His other film roles include Tugs in Shank, Nathan in Honeytrap, and Clinton in Fallout.

His radio credits include BBC Radio 4’s The One About the Social Worker and The Interrogation, in addition to London Bridge and David and Goliath for BBC Radio 3

He is from Chingford, East London.
